Denim and Diamonds

This pair arrived today and I am so happy! I still can't quite believe that Breyer gave two instead of one for this vintage collection piece. And they are just beyond adorable. I love the mold, these are my first two on it and also my first two pieces in these colours.

Clipped Models

I received a request from a non-hobbyist to do a portrait piece for their daughter. The body they supplied didn't quite fit the bill but that's what they wanted! The result is a clipped foal which is strangely appealing despite the lack of realism...

First up is the test piece (for those who aren't regular readers I do a test piece for all commissions to help ensure I get the colour perfect):

Denim & Diamonds

Nope not Breyerfest models but obviously themed in accordance. The next vintage club model is not a model at all...in fact its two! Yep that's right same price and you get an adorable pair of decorator Shetlands. I'm just in love. I've placed my order now to wait next to the post box for these two and Carrick to arrive!
