Hoofbeats and Maple Treats Event Models

Breyer have released the event models for Hoofbeats and Maple Treats the 2025 Breyer Collector's Event.

The Breyer 2025 Collector's Event is this October/November in Toronto (I did try and work out whether I could go out at the end of half term and fly back ready for work on the Monday but it wasn't quite possible and I don't think it would have gone down well).

At the Collector's Event you get two models with your ticket a Traditional scale model and a Stablemate scale model.

Let's start with this year's Traditional scale model, Legacy

Legacy is a lightly dappled bay on the Bristol mould. I'm quite surprised by this mould choice because firstly, it looks really similar to Voyeur (although obviously different variation) and secondly because this is now the third time they've used Bristol this year. Did they just over produce long mane Bristols or something? Because there are so many of them! Also usual complaint, give me plaits or hogged, no long manes please thank you.

Secondly we have the Stablemate Tamarkuz

Tamarkuz is a bright orange chestnut on the G5 Walking Thoroughbred mould. A cute little model that very much fits the theme of maple! He has definite maple leaf vibes.

What do you think of these guys? Are you also slightly confused by the 2025 Bristol obsession?

Iquitos

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a bit frog obsessed so imagine how excited I was to see that Breyer's latest release in their Wild Animals series is a FROG! Yep that's right an actual frog themed model horse, how amazingly cool is that?

Not just any frog but a dart frog, one of the coolest and most colourful creatures out there. Iquitos was inspired by the poison dart frog and is a gorgeous decorator on the Bristol mould. I absolutely adore this model, his colour is absolutely beautiful.

If you'd like to get your paws (or frog legs) on him then you need to be part of the Breyer Collector's Club. Entries are open for him now. He will be priced at $200 if you are lucky enough to get picked for him.

Rambler

Breyer have released their first gambler's choice Classic scale Collector's Club model of the year and I am in love!

Rambler is available in three different colourways each with a glossy finish. The first colour is a gorgeous bay leopard spotted with really heavy shading and roaning across his coat. The second colour is a nice buckskin pinto with lovely marking shapes and a cute white stripe. The third colour is a light dapple grey with nice shading on the legs and a cute grey snip.

This model is Classic scale and is on the Wahoo King mould. This is one of my favourite Classic moulds and is a great little performance horse. They have a peg in the front hoof which raises them slightly off the ground for a really dynamic look.

These models are available to order now for Collector's Club members. They are priced at $35.00 each.

Which colour are you hoping for? I think my favourite is the grey.

Vail

Every year Breyer release a new decorator model as a Christmas special run for Club Members. This model is a web special and only available to Collector's Club members.

He will be priced at $185 and is limited to 1,000 pieces.

To get him you will need to login to your Collector's Club account at www.breyerhorses.com

Once you are logged in then you need to go to the 'Club Home' and click on the image of Vail. You can then use the signup form to enter for him.

Those who are lucky enough to get him will receive an email to notify them after the deadline of the 9th of November 2023.

Vail is a dark blue filigree on the Totilas mould

I am not a fan of the Totilas mould at all but I adore this colour. I still haven't got a model in this colourway but I do think there are nicer options that this one. Also I am trying very hard to avoid any more plastic disk models because I'm down to like one disk and they can't all share!

2024 Collector's Club

The 2024 Collector's Club is now open! I am absolutely in love with the Collector's Club special and Deluxe Stablemate combination. It is so cool that there is a little mini Othello now and even cooler that they are like a little me and mini me but also subtly different.

The 2024 Collector's Club exclusive is Heath, a lovely roan on the Othello mould

If you want to sign up for the Deluxe Club you get a little baby version in the form of this adorable little STABLEMATE Othello named Horatio! Look how ickle and cute he is

O you also get a little pin badge as well.

Prices:

International Deluxe: $70

USA Deluxe: $65

Standard: $30

You can sign up now on the Breyer website www.breyerhorses.com

2023 Collector's Club Appreciation

The 2023 Breyer Collector's Club Appreciation will launch today (June 1st) at 1:00PM EST (this is 6pm BST).

For those who are new to the Collector's Club appreciation basically it is a special glossy model (it wasn't always a glossy but it now is) that you get if you spend over $150 on regular line products and use the code CCLUBAPP23 at checkout. It's really important that you use both the code and also buy over $150 of regular run products (it can be a bit hit and miss to work out what these are, some things that seem like they are aren't and some things that seem like they aren't are)!

You need to be a Collector's Club member to take part so if you don't already have membership head on over to breyerhorses.com in order to sign up!

What are your predictions for the glossy models this year? I want a glossy Vivaldi de Besilu because I LOVE GLOSSY BAYS!

Good luck and make sure to let me know what you all get :D
