Via Lattea and Araba

 I've got two new BreyerFest 2023 models to share with you today!

First up is Via Lattea the first of the Limited Edition models to be announced

And second we have Araba the second special run to be released

I really like Via Lattea. I wasn't a massive fan of the colour that this mould was originally released in but for some reason I really like the white. She looks absolutely beautiful.

Araba is a pass from me, the colour is stunning but the mould itself is a huge no from me, having seen it in person I just cannot tolerate those front legs and shoulders, but the colour is absolutely stunning so I wouldn't be completely disappointed if I got him!

Catching Up On BreyerFest 2022 Releases

BreyerFest 'Single Day' Stablemates

 I just realised that I've never updated you guys with the 'single day' Stablemates. This year there are no single day tickets this year however, the little Stablemates are still available. You get the full set as part of your VIP ticket and there are also various options to purchase them as well (although they are very limited).

New Peter Stone Mould!

Now I know I've been really naughty and stolen a picture off Facebook but I am just so excited about this I had to share!

Stone Horses have a brand new mould and it is sculpted by my all time favourite sculptor Maggie Bennett!!!

Because the latest store special is...Newsworthy!

And he's a cracker. I love this mould so much, it's just so cute. But I particularly love it when it has a loose mane and I can actually show it as a connemara! It looks like Shawn and Suspense will be getting a new brother this Summer :D

My only issue is he looks literally nothing like the actual horse he's a portrait of! But I guess they added all those dapples to make him look different from the Best of British Connemara. That is also a buckskin with no white!

A Welcome BreyerFest Update

Why was I crying last night? This is why. Breyer have announced shipping rates for BF items and they are charging a blanket $25 for international!!!! TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!

Do you know how much we normally pay for models from Breyer? $70. I was so worried about this. Conscious that I was going to be paying hundreds of dollars for shipping. Upset about everything and about that and about all the things.

And so last night I was crying with relief and joy. This is incredibly generous of Breyer and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I'm literally so happy right now!

Anyway to celebrate I thought I would do my special run wishlist round up! I have four tickets (obviously Brendon was coming with me to BF so technically two are his, I may be forced to get a cow, at least he won't actually be showing any interest and I won't have to work out how to get twenty million moose into my suitcase after he goes round the Clarion 'shopping')

Remember at BF last year the Collector's Club members got the chance to choose between three different splash models?

Well the winner is....Duende!

Collector's Club members can now head along to Breyer's website and purchase the latest Collector's Club release.

I really love him but I'm going to hold off for now. I doubt he'll still be around when the next vintage club model is released in June but a girl can dream :p If he is then we will test how well my travel card actually works online and spend some of those BF savings.

The decorator model has been revealed. One of my favourite moulds, am I in love, I'm not sure. I think I'm going to have to get my thinking hat on about the order in which I want the models!

I love the colour, it is gorgeous, and I know some people like this mould but could they not have chosen a nicer one? There are so many beautiful moulds out there, this one is just so meh.

Seattle Soiree Models

Breyer have announced the models for the now cancelled Seattle Soiree. There is a rather complicated system for purchasing them which I won't go into now.

If you are after these models remember they are very limited runs so you are going to be spending quite a lot!
