Leandro

This guy is technically my birthday present from Brendon. But as he is yet to pay me back I'm totally within my rights to play and admire him :)

I did want a RubberNed but when this guy came up for sale I just had to have him. Another member of the Silver conga :D

He has been named CRS Love Will Find a Way (which was our first dance...)

Only disappointment is he doesn't have little cat paws like the Stablemate G3 Mustang lion they did

But apart from that he is just gorgeous :D

2017 Vintage Collection

Me: "I'm probably not going to resubscribe to the Vintage club next year, what with the exchange rate being so poor and probably just going to get worse I can't really afford it"

Breyer: "Here be the horses"

 2016 Vintage Collectors Club

ME *AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA*

OK so what do we have?

First up....

Decorator FAS gamblers choice *faints*

Second...a pinto classics family *double faints*

Third....a glossy sabino Sham *triple faints*

And finally...a Clydesdale mare and foal in medicine hat!

1

That is Blossom and Belle

*rolls around on floor in uncontrollable manner*

O and if you look carefully at the picture, does it look like the Stablemate is a pair of foals? Definitely does to me!

I have until November to decide, so we'll see. But I LOVE these models. I think I may even be prepared to skip Premier for the Vintage. Such a beautiful selection!

Well done guys!

Now onto information about October's show.

This month we are running a 'dun' themed photoshow, this show is open to any horse that is expressing the dun gene. It can have anything else going on, such as pinto patterns or champagne but it must be showing dun.

If you are unsure of whether your horse is dun, look for a dorsal stripe!

Entries are open now and are sent via email. You can find out full information of how to enter here: http://www.chestnutridge.co.uk/dun-photoshow-94-w.asp

The deadline is October 31st.

Pyjama Party Live

So Saturday morning I was not in the mood for a live show. I was ill, tired and had lost my designated driver. I just really didn't want to go.

But I am soooo glad I did!

Brandy and I headed off bright and early (with myself dressed in a onesie), after a brief stop for coffee we arrived rather early at the hall! Which at least secured me a decent parking space!

Having helped Paige set up a bit it became clear that it was going to be a pretty awesome show. The first element of awesome had to be the raffle, it was INCREDIBLE

Yes those are giant baskets of sweets and cuddly ponies :D

I did spend rather a lot on tickets, so probably not surprising I won something. Although I won an embarassingly large amount of things. Including two massive hampers. I had a very very happy husband when I returned home!

So a massive thank you to Paige for running a great show, and for her helpers including her mum and Anne who really helped things go smoothly. I had a wonderful time (and I think Brandy did too).

So full photos can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10154403651380155.1073742015.689360154&type=1&l=7f751e947c
